In July, the ISANTA evaluation report for Nails and Staples, ESR-1539P was reissued. The report shows compliance with the 2024, 2021, 2018, and 2015 International Building Code (IBC) and International Residential Code (IRC). The properties evaluated include bending yield strength; compliance with prescriptive requirements of the IBC and IRC; compliance with material requirements, dimension, and tolerances of ASTM F1667; use in diaphragms and braced walls; and fastening schedules that are alternates to those in the codes. ISANTA is working with member companies to have the evaluation report updated with additional members and existing members with new products later in 2026.
