Membership in ISANTA may be granted to any person, firm or corporation that

1. Meets the criteria for membership
2. Shows interest in and supports ISANTA’s purposes
3. Abides by ISANTA’s bylaws, policies, rules and regulations

Regular Members shall be made up of all persons, firms or corporations who manufacture, assemble, or design and have manufactured to their specifications, machine-applied staples, nails and similar fasteners and the machines (tools) which drive them, for industrial and construction use. Regular members shall create their own product blueprints, have an engineering department, and maintain quality control policies.

• Regular Members with total worldwide sales from all operations less than $100 million (U.S.) Current Annual Dues: $22,400.00 Billed Quarterly in January, April, July, October.
• or
• Regular Members with total worldwide sales from all operations equal to or greater than $100 million (U.S.) Current Annual Dues: $44,800.00 Billed Quarterly in January, April, July, October.

Tool Members shall be made up of all persons, firms or corporations who manufacture, assemble, or design and have manufactured to their specifications, machines which apply staples, nails and similar fasteners for industrial and construction use and are not manufacturers of fasteners for use in those machines. Tool members shall create their own product blueprints, have an engineering department, and maintain quality control policies. Current Annual Dues: $22,400.00 Billed Quarterly in January, April, July, October.

Fastener Members shall be made up of all persons, firms or corporations who manufacture, assemble, or design and have manufactured to their specifications, staples, nails and similar fasteners which are machine applied by tools for industrial and construction use and are not manufacturers of such tools. Fastener members shall create their own product blueprints, have an engineering department, and maintain quality control policies. Current Annual Dues: $22,400.00 Billed Quarterly in January, April, July, October.

ISANTA requires that each member designate one person to act as its official representative. In addition, each member is expected to designate one or more persons to participate in ISANTA’s committees. Please designate your ISANTA representatives below, to both the tool and fastener committee even if your organization is joining as a tool only or fastener only member. A single individual may be a representative in multiple committees.

In addition, ISANTA has a board of directors that is representative of the membership. If nominated and elected, a board member is expected to attend and participate in the board meetings. Board members are chosen from the list of Official Representatives.

The undersigned company represents and warrants that it meets all of the requirements for membership in ISANTA; that all of the information provided in this application is truthful and accurate; that it authorizes ISANTA to evaluate and validate its qualification for membership; and that, if accepted for membership, it will abide by ISANTA’s Bylaws, policies, rules and regulations. The undersigned is authorized to act for and on behalf of the applicant.

Further, applicant acknowledges and confirms a member may resign from the Association, but such resignation shall not take effect until the end of the calendar year. Notice must be given by the member to the Secretary of the Association at least thirty (30) days in advance of the termination date. Any member resigning from the Association shall nevertheless continue to be responsible for its pro-rata share of the expenses of the Association during, and until the end of the calendar year.
